Soccer Celebration
The 2005 MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration will be a two day event, comprised of activities at two different locations. On Friday, July 29, Soccer Celebration will be held at the Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. This event will be coupled with the Disney Jetix Kids Cup, which will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., as well as a game between the Columbus Crew Reserves and USASA Men's National Select Team (3-6 p.m.).Saturday's Soccer Celebration event will take place at Columbus Crew Stadium, Lot G. This event will run prior to the All-Star Game, from 1-3 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public.
This year's events will include:
- • Player autographs throughout the day
- • The Sierra Mist Stage, with a complete lineup of entertainment
- • The Columbus Crew 3x3 tournament, obstacle course, accuracy kick, and goalkeeper challenge
- • The Sierra Mist Challenge
- • Autograph Booth
- • Appearances from Sponge Bob Square Pants
