Crew Juniors Commitments and Expectations:
The Role of Crew Juniors Players

The Crew Juniors program offers children of all age's access to competitive soccer. Our commitment is to provide educational and fun environments for all, and we feel that cooperation between players, parents, and coaches is paramount in our ability to deliver on this commitment. Please carefully review the following Crew Juniors player expectations:

As a member of the Crew Juniors, I will:

1. Conduct myself with dignity at all times. An air of professionalism is expected from all Crew Juniors players, regardless of age.
2. Be on time to all games and practices. If I am unable to attend, I will contact the coach or team administrator as early as possible.
3. Respect all officials, opponents, and coaches at all times.
4. Avoid using profanity or vulgar expressions at any time while representing the Crew. This includes practices, team meetings, and games.
5. Approach the coach or team administrator with any soccer related problems. Game days are not often the best day to do so.
6. Be the best that I can be for myself, my team, and my family.

As a member of the Crew Juniors, I understand that:

1. Persistent irresponsible and disrespectful behavior is cause for dismissal from the program.
2. Destruction of property or violation of State and Federal laws is cause for dismissal from the program.
3. Failure to comply with any and all camp or team rules (curfew, attendance, dress code, schedules, etc.) may be cause for disciplinary action. Persistent failure will be cause for dismissal from the program for the remainder of the current season and could affect a player's future participation.

A thorough understanding of these principles is necessary for participation in the Crew Juniors program. We thank all of our members for their time and understanding, and remember, on and off the pitch, you represent us all.
