2008 National Anthem Auditions

SING PROUD FOR THE BLACK-AND-RED!

In 2008, D.C. United is providing you with such an opportunity to shine! Imagine singing our National Anthem to thousands of the most passionate fans in Major League Soccer at RFK Stadium. Bands, choirs, groups and individuals are all invited to participate in a traditional salute to our country by sending in your auditions today!

All prospective National Anthem performances must be 90 seconds or less in length, and must be performed A Capella. If chosen to perform at RFK Stadium, you will be notified by phone well in advance of the selected game.

Please use the following options to send in your auditions:

Send a package with your NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER, along with your audition on an audio CD, to:

We cannot return any audition submissions. Please make a copy for your files. Performances of the Canadian National Anthem, "O, Canada," will also be considered for any games for which D.C. United hosts Toronto FC.

D.C. United reserves the right to review and have final approval for any
and all anthem performances at RFK Stadium.
