Stop by The new VW Garage on field level at every D.C. United home game to enjoy music, play interactive games, check out the latest Volkswagen models, and watch team warm-ups up close from the field level. The VW Garage is open to everyone attending the game from the time gates open until the end of half time. Enter the VW Garage from section 222.

D.C. United's Official Team Store
For the first time in D.C. United's storied history, you can visit the Official Team Store of D.C. United located at Main Gate behind Section 317. Whether adult, youth, or infant, male or female, we now have a readily available selection of official apparel such as jerseys, training gear, tees, hats, balls, bags, and collectibles. Adult and youth jersey customization is available. The Official Team Store is open Monday - Friday; 11am - 6pm and on Game Days four (4) hours prior to kickoff, and closes thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the match. DC Jam Session
Come out to the DC Jam Session tailgating party in Lot 8 for live music on multiple stages from at least five bands and DJs. General admission to the Jam Session is FREE and includes access to the party, bands and activities. For special VIP access to the DC Jam session including food, beer, VIP seating and more, tickets can be purchased for $20. Tickets are available at the gate only. Soccer Celebration presented by Verizon Wireless
Join the pre-game party and celebrate D.C. United in-style. Come to the stadium two (2) hours before our match to participate in fun with the whole family. This Verizon Wireless Soccer Celebration takes place in Parking Lot 8, near the entrance to RFK Gate A. There will be interactive games, sponsor booths and free prizes.
Verizon Wireless Soccer Celebration gives you a great place to rally up with other fans and celebrate D.C. United's winning ways. The celebration includes interactive games, free prizes and live music.
Interactive games include: GEICO's Obstacle Course, United Bank Accuracy Kick, Verizon Wireless Bungee Run and Volkswagen Goalkeeper Challenge.
Booths include: RCN, El Zol and Results the Gym, who will have a special D.C. United player autograph signing from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at their booth!

Pre-game Text Promotions
Be sure to check out D.C. United's pre-game text promotions with chances to win upgraded seats and tickets to a future D.C. United game.
"UPGRADE" Challenge: Already have tickets to our game this Saturday? Well, here is your chance to Upgrade those tickets to field level passes. On the day of game, before the match starts, Text the word UPGRADE to 49850 for a chance to win field level passes. The winner will be chosen randomly from those that enter and will be sent a text message five (5) minutes into the match. (Please note that redemption of these passes will take place inside the stadium, you must have tickets to the match on 10/4 in order to participate).
"GOAL" Challenge: Think you know how many goals D.C. United will score during this match? Text GOAL and the total number of goals you think D.C. United will score (ex. If DCU scores 3 goals it would be GOAL3) to 49850. All entries must be sent in on the day of the match and must be submitted before the start of the match to be eligible. The winner will be selected at random from those people that answer correctly. The winner will be notified via text message after the game and will receive 2 free tickets to our next game.

The United Drives Program continues during October with the collection of winter coats and clothes to benefit DC Village and the Goodwill of Greater Washington. Youth Fan Club
The Youth Fan Club (YFC) Redemption Center (located behind section 302) will be open on October 4th. If you missed any premium items this season, now is your chance to get them all (Papa John's T-shirt, Verizon Wireless autograph book, and the Century Council cleat bag). All regular season home games in October will be "make-up" games. The Redemption Center will open 90 minutes before kick-off and remain open until the end of half time. The Redemption Center will also serve as the pick-up location for all membership cards in '08. Membership cards will not be mailed out this year. United Bank Ball Kick
Stand up, show some enthusiasm, and get ready to catch, because you could be one of the lucky fans to receive a soccer ball from a D.C. United player. Prior to kick-off, D.C. United's starting eleven and Talon will kick United Bank soccer balls into the stands. |
Halftime

Volkswagen Skills Challenge
At halftime two teams of four will face off in a skills challenge using giant inflatable "Zorb balls" presented by Volkswagen. The winning team will get to watch the second half of the game from two VW cars on located on field level. |

Pollo Campero Mini Games
At half time, area youth soccer teams will compete in mini-games sponsored by Pollo Campero. |

Verizon Wireless Shooting Contest
Three lucky contestants will be picked, at random, to compete in a half time Shooting Contest sponsored by Verizon Wireless. Each contestant will have a chance to take a shot on goal from the penalty line, top of the 18-yard box and half field. The contestant that scores the most points in 30 seconds will win a prize pack on behalf of Verizon Wireless and D.C. United. |

Check out the Jumbotron in the 85th minute for your chance to choose the Man of the Match and win tickets to D.C. United's next home game. Text in your vote for D.C. United's "Man of the Match." For all those fans 21 years of age and older, D.C. United will be hosting their official after party at Finn mac Cool's. Finn mac Cool's is located at: 713 8th Street SE, Washington D.C. 20003. Finn's will be hosting drink specials all day for D.C. United Fans! |
