Appearance Guidelines

Due to the high number of appearance requests and the team's training schedule we are unable to accept requests at this time. Be sure to check here often to see where you can meet your favorite player.
  • Appearance fee for Hooper will be decided upon following approval
  • All requests must be made at least three weeks in advance. We cannot accept any requests with less than three weeks notice.
  • An appearance request form must be filled out in its entirety. We will not accept any incomplete forms.
  • Directions must accompany request – No Exceptions
  • All requests will be decided upon Hooper's availability and with his safety in mind
  • All appearances will be held to 90 minutes maximum. Hooper must be given a 10 minute break every 30 minutes
